Welcome to Intimate Boudoir! We are thrilled you’re interested in capturing your sensuality and inner beauty through a boudoir photography experience. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the policies governing our services and use of our website (“https://intimateboudoirreno.com”). By booking a session or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Age Requirement:
You must be 18 years of age or older to book a boudoir session. A valid form of government-issued photo ID will be required at the time of your appointment.
2. Booking & Payment:
● A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot.
● We accept all major credit cards and cash payments.
● We offer payment plans for some packages. Please inquire for details.
3. Session Policies:
● Clients are welcome to bring props for their session, but must discuss them with the photographer beforehand.
● Intimate Boudoir provides a variety of backdrops and props, however, clients are responsible for bringing their own wardrobe.
● No guests are permitted during the photoshoot unless previously approved by the photographer.
● In the interest of professionalism and client comfort, all electronic devices (phones, cameras) must be turned off and stored away during the session.
4. Image Delivery & Usage:
● Images will be delivered to you via a password-protected online gallery within [Number] business days of your session.
● You will have [Number] days to download and save your final images.
● The copyright of all images remains with Intimate Boudoir. A print release allowing personal use of the images is included with your session fee.
● Additional usage rights, such as sharing on social media or using for commercial purposes, can be purchased separately.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality:
● We take your privacy very seriously. All client information and images are kept confidential.
● We will not share your images with any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.
● You have the right to request that your images be deleted from our archives after [Number] years.
6. Cancellation Policy:
● We require two days notice for cancellations.
● Cancellations with less notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer fee.
● In the case of unforeseen circumstances requiring us to reschedule your session, we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable date and time.
7. Revisions & Re-shoots:
● A limited number of basic edits are included with your session fee. Additional editing requests may incur a fee.
● Re-shoots are offered at our discretion in the case of technical errors on our part.
8. Disclaimer:
Intimate Boudoir is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage sustained during your session.
